“I chose this property because my adult children and grandchildren live in the adjacent building. My family was able to just walk next door, so convenient. The Hotel and our room were new and spotless, and the 17th floor view was amazing. We would chose this hotel again. ”

“Jamie was cool when I checked in. I got very ill as soon as I walked in to my room with coughing and even threw up. There was a strong chemical smell in the room. I took a shower and water was leaking from everywhere. The toilet also was leaking and air conditioning had a horrible smell. I was honestly so tired that I decided to stay and passed out on the bed very early. I just woke up coughing like crazy and my throat is killing me. I got sick from staying in this hotel room 118. “Oscar was super professional and friendly at check in... Nice rooms, great location close to downtown and ballpark. Many dinning and shopping options too. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent, don't recommend if you are in a hurry though. Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever had at a hotel. The parking was a little overpriced in my opinion, overall a nice stay.”
